Hotel Campo dei Fiori is a 4 star boutique hotel in the center of Rome. Amerai was hired to introduce a new Breakfast menu and re-design the presentation of the breakfast. We offered an authentic Italian buffet breakfast with organic local produce from the market of Campo dei Fiori. Amerai sourced and selected new plates and trays for the presentation of the buffet breakfast and completed the look with fresh seasonal flowers and fruits.
